Born Maggie Denise Quigley of eclectic descent (Polish/Irish/American/Vietnamese) she began modeling and quickly burst into the Hong Kong movie scene becoming a superstar in Asia. She changed her named to Maggie Q so it would be easier for the Chinese audience to pronounce. She had a brief cameo in Rush Hour II, but truly got her breakthrough role in American film with her role in Mission Impossible III. I first saw Maggie in Live Free or Die Hard, and instantly became a fan. She's drop dead gorgeous and talented as well  I have never been a big fan of martial art films or the actors, but Maggie Q is now the exception, while overall her movie career is nothing spectacular it was recently annouced that she will be the play the lead in a La Femme Nikita television show revival as a hot and sexy butt kicking undercover agent, it's a perfect role and being able to she her on a weekly basis makes it that much more sweeter.
