It's solely a coincidence that the second addition to my list of favorite classic actresses is also a German actress more well known for her Italian films, a la my first selection Helga Liné.  But unlike Liné, Bouchet was usually the leading actress and her genre of films was usually limited to comedies and crime thrillers.  I first stumble across Bouchet a few months back when a blogger I follow posted a spread on her and it was "love at first sight".  I don't know what it is about low budget actresses in Italian films but they all have a certain stare that simple draws you in and compels you to sit through crappy films that are sometimes only in Italian.

- Speaks English, German and Italian with equal fluency.

- Became one of Italy's top actresses, carving out a fruitful niche for herself in sex comedies, giallo murder mysteries and gritty police crime thrillers.

Hotness: 10/10
There's really only one word to describe Barbara... "damn!"  If you really want to bear witness to some of the really stunning film actresses watch some Italian films from the 50's, 60's and 70's you'll see what Hollywood was and is lacking.  I can only imagine what Hollywood films would have been like with some of these stunning women in the lead, and they're really quite talented as well.

Based on the one film I've seen so far she's pretty talented.
